      Privacy Policy & Data Protection Standards

       

      1. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

      TrueID Travel, LLC complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. We are committed to the Principles regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States. In the event of any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Data Privacy Framework Principles, the Principles shall govern.

       

      1. DATA CATEGORIES & SENSITIVE BIOMETRICS

      We collect information necessary to facilitate expedited travel and identity services. This includes:

      Identity Data: Legal names, physical addresses, and email contact information.

      Biometric Data: High-resolution facial imagery and passport metadata required for government-level verification.

      Technical Data: Aggregated "cookie" data used for session identification and security. Our cookies are non-executable and contain no malware; they are used solely to ensure your encrypted session remains stable.

       

      1. THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURES & GOVERNMENT PARTNERS

      TrueID Travel, LLC does not sell or trade your data. Disclosure is strictly limited to:

      Authorized Agents: Domestic and foreign government agencies (TSA, State Department, Consulates) strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your requested travel documents.

      Legal Mandates: Responses to valid subpoenas or search warrants.

      Onward Transfer: We maintain strict "Onward Transfer" agreements with all partners, ensuring they provide the same level of protection as TrueID Travel, LLC.

       

      1. YOUR RIGHTS: ACCESS, REVIEW, AND DELETION

      Under the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal and biometric data. We provide a transparent audit trail of your information. To exercise these rights, please contact our Data Privacy Officer (DPO) at legal@trueidtravel.com.
